1. What is dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a business model where we partner with suppliers to deliver products directly to you. We don’t hold inventory—when you place an order, the supplier ships it directly to your address.

  • USA & Canada: 7-15 business days
  • UK & Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia & NZ: 10-25 business days
  • Rest of the world: 15-30 business days

Note: Some items may arrive faster, while others may take longer depending on demand and destination.


3. Can I track my order?

4. How do I cancel or modify my order?
